You can join the Health Connect Registry through the HealthLinkBC.ca/health-connect-registry website.
The contact page of their website says the following about their eligibility requirements:
- Local resident of Oceanside (Nanoose Bay to Bowser, and everywhere in between)
- Have no primary care provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or a Family Physician
- Families will be attached together
- Please be aware, patients are required to have a BC Health Care Number (PHN).
