TLC – Surrey doesn’t have any doctors taking new patients, BUT they do have waiting list for a nurse practitioner (NP).

To register on the waitlist is a 2-step process. First with register with Quipo online, then send an email to the clinic (surrey@tlcmedical.ca) to request an intake form. Fill it out and submit it to the clinic.
