According to the clinic website, Promis Medical Centre has “a new female doctor … and she is now accepting new patients! … Promis Medical Centre can now accept 250 more patients. Initially, we announced the capacity to accept 1,000 patients, and so far, we have accepted 750 new patients. We encourage you to join the list soon to secure your spot.”

On the clinic website, when you click “I need a family doctor”, it will bring up a page with detailed instructions of what you must do to be added to the waiting list. There are several steps, so read the information carefully.

You can expect a 16-17 week wait at this time.

Vancouver clinic has NPs accepting new patients

TLC – Marine Drive has both a male and a female nurse practitioner (NP) who are taking new patients.

Registration is a two step process. First, go to the clinic website and create a Quipo Health account, then go to the clinic to fill out an intake form. Have your Quipo registration number and Provincial Health Number with you.
