According to the website:
– Simply open your TELUS Health MyCare app and schedule a virtual appointment with a doctor at a time that works for you.
– The majority of cases can be resolved during the initial, in-app consultation. However, if our doctors recommend in-person care, our Support team will be in touch to help schedule an appointment at a TELUS Health MyCare clinic.
– See a doctor at one of our clinics at the time of your scheduled in-person appointment. Following your consultation, all of your doctor’s notes and prescriptions will be stored on your TELUS Health MyCare app.
